Refund policy
You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is provided. Once your tracking number is issued to you, you can no longer cancel, get a refund (unless the item is damaged, defected, or it is the incorrect item), or return any items. All sales are final.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate the situation and fix any issues.
Chargebacks/Disputes: If you place an order and dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation and we will not be responsible for any lost funds if we find no reason for a return.
