We unfortunately are not shipping internationally at the moment.

 

Processing Time

Processing time will be an addition to the shipping time selected at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak times, such as new drops or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates

The customer will choose their rates and delivery from UPS or USPS at checkout.

Print On Demand Products (listed in the description of the product)

At Surrendered, some of our items — like our "Foundations Tee" — are fulfilled through Printful, a print-on-demand partner. This means your order is made specifically for you once it’s placed. This allows us to minimize waste while focusing on purpose-driven fashion and giving 10% of profits to ministries around the world.

 

Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier first with your tracking number provided in an email after your purchase, as once it is in the carrier's hands, it is their responsibility.
